WASHINGTON, DC – CNP today announced the launch of its newly re-designed website, available at www.cnponline.org. The website will continue to provide members of the media, policymakers and the public with extensive information on CNP’s programming, ranging from nuclear security to preventing the rise of future terrorists. The updated site offers improved navigation, enhanced functionality and updated information about events and staff. “We’ve updated our website to be more user-friendly and to better feature CNP’s work bringing together experts and policy makers from both sides of the political aisle for study, discussion, and action,” said CNP President Timothy Roemer.

The website will continue to feature information useful across the political spectrum on CNP’s issue focus areas, including:

-America’s Role in the World, including both our Presidential Series and CNP on the Hill series -National Security, including CNP’s series on preventing the rise of future terrorists, Nuclear Security Study Group, securing the homeland, economic security, and intelligence reform -Regional Security, including Asia and the Middle East

In addition, it includes some new features such as:

• CNP Policy Recommendations
• Event Summaries
• Event Pictures
• Event Audio

In addition, the website will soon feature podcasts related to CNP’s events.

The website also features information on our annual Muskie Awards event, and detailed directions to the Center. And, a new registration feature will allow CNP website visitors to select the types of events about which they would like to be notified.

This new site will bolster CNP’s presence on the web and will continue to serve as a vital source of information for the public in addressing America’s national security challenges.
