The Center for National Policy was proud to host a fascinating off the record discussion with General James Cartwright, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Cartwright , America’s second highest ranking military officer, touched on issues ranging from the Obama administration's transition process to the balance between preparing for counterinsurgency operations and conventional operations, as well as threats both traditional and nontraditional that America's military will be faced with in coming years.
